Last Wednesday, Depp's legal team filed the suit in the Virginia Court of Appeals against Amber Heard's wrongful counterclaim win, arguing that the ruling was wrong and should be overturned. Lawyers on behalf of the Hollywood actor said the ruling in favor of the Aquaman star was fatally flawed, while those in Depp's favour should stand.
