Grease a large bowl.  Mix cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil and eggs together. Mix with an electric mixer on medium speed for two minutes. Pour the mixture into the cake pan.  Bake for 30 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.  Mix butter or margarine with sugar and orange juice in a saucepan. Boil this mixture for two minutes. While it is still warm, poke holes in the top of the cake using a fork.  Pour the orange juice mixture over the cake. When the cake is saturated, put it on a plate and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
