A report reveals the details of the iPhone 13 batteries and the amount of increase in them
The GSM Arena website published a report on the batteries for the iPhone 13 series, which Apple announced last week. The report dealt with the size of the battery of each device and showed the difference between it and the batteries of the previous series of phones.
The report said that the iPhone 13 Pro Max achieved the highest increase compared to its predecessor, while the iPhone 13 Mini was the closest to its predecessor, the iPhone 12 Mini.
The battery size of the iPhone 13 mini was 2,438 mAh, achieving an increase of only 9% over its predecessor. As for the iPhone 13, its battery was 3240 mAh, an increase of 15%. The iPhone 13 Pro achieved only 11% compared to last year's phone, and its battery size was 3,125 mAh. Finally, the iPhone 13 Pro Max battery size was 4,373 mAh, an increase of 18.5%.
The increase achieved by the basic iPhone 13 is considered high because its screen does not support a high refresh rate compared to my two Pro phones, whose screens support 120 Hz for the first time in iPhone phones. Since the high refresh rate consumes the battery more, this means that the basic iPhone 13 with its large battery will save a lot of battery capacity and consumption.
