The unlikely TV spinoff Snowpiercer has proven to be a huge hit on Netflix, mixing themes of class and climate change with good old-fashioned action.
Season two, in particular, has been quite a journey, with the addition of Sean Bean as a landscape-chewing villain adding swathes of charisma to the show.
However, the explosive ending of season two left quite a bit of suspense with a seemingly dead main character, so it's good that the show has already been confirmed for season three.

Snowpiercer Season 3 Release Date
Shortly before the second season began, it was announced that the show had already been renewed for a third run. So fans don't have to worry about the series reaching the end of the tracks just yet.
As for when the next run will debut, there isn't much information at this stage. It's also not easy to guess an air date based on the previous series, given that the first execution came in May 2020 and the second in January 2021.
