PepsiCo is recruiting for Supply Chain Production Planning - Senior Associate
Accountabilities:
Review Daily/weekly Production plan to reflect the AOP targets.
Act as focal point for the DC' to reflect the sales forecast on the production plan according to the actual daily sales.
Coordinate with plants day to day requirements to facilitate the production plan implementation.
Coordinate the Finished products inventory level with the finished goods warehouse Manager to achieve inventory targets.
Coordinate with deployment Supervisors to fully utilize fleet capacity to ensure adherence to sales plan per region.
Track the actual production vs. the daily plan through the schedule attainment for daily reporting.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is a must.
0-1 years of experience in FMCG SC environment is preferable.
Solid experience in the supply chain function- LD&T is a plus.
Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages written and spoken.
Strong Analytical Thinking Skills.
Strong Influential & Communication Skills.
Highly Driven and Proactive attitude.
Ability to use processes and tools to improve performance standards.
Proficient in computer usage (Microsoft Office Programs).
