The meaning of the Geely logo, the meaning of its name, and when the first car was launched
The Chinese car manufacturer Geely Gelly has become one of the largest global entities in the field of car manufacturing in the world. It has taken over many international car companies in a short time, the last of which was Volvo, and Geely has achieved great success over recent years.
Many people do not know the meaning of the word "gelly" and what is the origin of the story behind its logo. Back in the history of the company, Geely means "lucky" in the Chinese language and introduced its first car in 2001.
When the Geely gelly car was first introduced in 2001, it carried a blue circular logo inside the name of the company and a white geometric shape symbolizing the mountain, so the company logo was designed with a round frame in blue colors for the outer ring, which symbolizes the sky. The metal symbol is triangular, which resembles the mountain with lines on it, it represents the mountains of China. The company is headquartered in China.
And by the year 2014, the Geely gelly company had launched the third generation of its cars and had unveiled a completely new logo and kept only the circular line of the brand name Geely.
The blue stones in the gelly logo indicate the sky and the height, and the black stones refer to the earth, and they exchange places in a regular manner that suggests organization and strictness. Geely wants through this organization to reach its customer that they are strict in manufacturing cars and engines like the Germans.
The current Geely gelly logo resembles a flat shield consisting of six gem stones of black and blue colors separated by golden lines and the shield indicates protection and safety, so Geely wants to reach its customer that when using its cars, it is completely safe.
