Kate Middleton cried badly in the royal palace
Planning a wedding is always stressful, as newlyweds have an endless list of things to think about and organize. From finding a date that works for everyone to deciding which co-workers should be left off the guest list, arranging the perfect day can take years.
But when it came to planning their royal wedding, Kate Middleton and Prince William only had four months to choose everything, with the added pressure of knowing it would be seen by millions of people around the world.
However, it was reported that there were tears behind the scenes when the details of one of the most important parts of the day, Kate's dress, were leaked to the press, according to what was published by the British newspaper "Daily Mirror".
Kate did everything in her power to keep her designer, Sarah Burton from Alexander McQueen secret - but the news spread and grabbed headlines.
At the time, the Sunday Times reported: "A fashion source said the dress would be a combination of Middleton's own design ideas and Burton's deep knowledge and understanding of couture."
Speaking on Channel 5 documentary about the secrets of royal dressmakers, actress "Katie Nicole" claimed that the future Duchess of Cambridge was sad that her secret had been revealed.
"Behind the scenes this leak caused her to cry in the palace because Kate did everything in her power to keep the wedding dress a secret," added Nicole.
With "Burton" denied any involvement in this leak until it was officially announced as a designer when Kate got out of the car in front of "Westminster".
