The Economic Court had ruled by ruling on the affection of Al-Adham, Hanin Hossam and 3 others, accusing them of infringing on the principles and values ​​of the family in the Egyptian society, and their creation and management of private accounts through the information network for the purpose of profiting and committing that crime, as it punished the accused with two years imprisonment and a fine of 300 thousand pounds for each of them .


The Attorney General, Counselor, Hamada Al-Sawy, had ordered the referral of the two defendants, “Hanin Hussam” and “Mawaddah Al-Adham,” and three others to criminal trial.


The referral order clarified that the first and second defendants had attacked the family principles and values ​​in Egyptian society, by publishing pictures and videos that were offensive and offensive to public modesty on their personal accounts on the information network, and the second had announced through its accounts on the information network to hold immoral meetings via Inviting adult girls and minors alike to an agency that she established through the social media application called "Laiki" to meet young people through direct visual conversations, and establish friendship relations in exchange for a fee determined by the extent of the breadth of those who follow those conversations that are broadcast to everyone without discrimination, as shown in the investigations They created, managed and used private accounts on the information network aimed at committing the crime subject of the previous accusation.


The referral order for the third and fourth defendants also stated that they participated in two ways of agreeing and assisting with the accused in committing the crime subject of the first accusation, by agreeing with her to publish the video clip that included the call for immoral meetings and he helped her in that by indoctrinating her with the video content, so the crime took place based on That agreement and that help.


They also participated, by way of an agreement with the second defendant, in committing the crime subject of the second accusation, by spending with her on using her account on the information network with the aim of committing the crime subject of the previous accusations, so the crime fell on that agreement.


The referral order for the fifth defendant stated that he managed the accounts of the first accused on the information network with the aim of facilitating her commission of the crime subject of the first accusation, and also acquired programs designed without authorization from the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority or justified by reality or law, and it was proved that this was for the purpose of using it to facilitate the commission of the first accused of the crime Place the first accusation as shown.
