All you need to know about Stephanie Frabar ... the first woman to referee a men's match in the UEFA Champions League
French Stephanie Frabar has been chosen to become the first woman to referee in a European men's Champions League match.
Next Wednesday, Frabar will manage the match in which Juventus will host the Ukrainian team Dynamo Kiev.
It is not new for Farabar to achieve unprecedented titles, as she was the first woman to judge in the European Super Match between Liverpool and Chelsea in the 2019 season.
Frabar has also ruled the French Premier League since the 2019 season.
The first match in which Frapar took over the referee was in the European League last October when Leicester City hosted Zorya Luhansk.
Nicole Pettignat of Switzerland was the first woman to rule men's soccer matches in Europe when she judged the UEFA Cup qualifiers from 2004 to 2009.
