3- Moisturizing the nails:


Apply Vaseline or olive oil on your nails after peeling, to get wet and shiny nails. You should also be careful to apply Vaseline daily to your nails before bed, to ensure continuous moisturizing and softness.


4- Weekly nail mask:


Make a weekly mask for your nails, by mixing a spoonful of hydrogen peroxide with half a tablespoon of baking soda, until you get a cohesive paste, and put it on your nails for five minutes, then rinse your hands with lukewarm water.


5- Healthy diet:


Make sure to eat foods that help strengthen the nails and increase their moisture, such as: spinach and eggs, as well as foods rich in calcium, such as cheese and whole dairy products.
