“Porsche Taycan” enters the Guinness Book of Records for the longest “drift” with an electric car
The Porsche Taycan set a new Guinness world record this week for the longest electric vehicle drift in the world. According to "Erm News" website.
This feat was performed at the Porsche Center "Hockenheiming" on a 200-meter drift circle. Its driver was Denis Rittera, turning the car 210 laps while locking the rear wheels for a marathon of 42,171 km of continuous drift. It took 55 minutes at a speed and the average speed was 46 kilometers per hour.
For his part, said Rittera, who set the record for longest drift in an electric car. The process was very cumbersome.
