The Barcelona Interim Committee, headed by Carles Tusquets, announced Thursday that the presidency of the Spanish club will be held on January 24 of next year.

On the other hand, Josep Maria Bartomeu, former Barcelona club president, recently closed his account on the social networking site "Twitter" after he officially resigned from his position in the Catalan club, after the attack campaign launched against him by the fans of the Catalan team, and the players of Barca, due to the crises that fell Where the club during recent years.
Earlier, Bartomeu appeared in his remote media interview after summoning his management team after the Catalan regional government decided not to oppose the implementation of the vote of no-confidence against him.
"I announce my resignation and that of the entire board of directors," Josep Maria Bartomeu told the media. "This decision was agreed upon unanimously."
