Justin Timberlake donates an equipped car to a teen with cerebral palsy
"Juliuli" website said that star Justin Timberlake donated a small truck, equipped with a wheelchair, to a teenager with cerebral palsy, after his family launched an online financing initiative for the car.
Justin had contacted 17-year-old Jake State, who suffers from a permanent condition that affects movement and coordination, to buy him and his father a truck that fits his wheelchair.
Jake's father had hoped to raise money for the truck, through the online donation pages, but Justin took it upon himself to help the family by purchasing the fully-equipped car.
Justin said: It's a pleasure. Like I said, I've heard there's a target to get this truck in before Thanksgiving. I heard your story and saw a little news clip about it and was so touched that I want you guys to have this truck.
I will cover all costs. I want you guys to have a wonderful vacation. You are an inspiration to me, Jake.
