How to prepare pasta flora with chocolate

heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.

In the bowl of an electric mixer, mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and lemon peel.

Cut the butter into squares and put it in the bowl of an electric mixer on top of the other ingredients and mix 5 times to get small pieces of butter the size of a lentil.

In another bowl, beat the egg, egg yolk, lemon juice, and vanilla with the electric beater.

Add the egg mixture in the bowl of an electric mixer and mix on medium speed until the dough becomes firm.

Make a ball out of a quarter of the amount of dough, then make another ball with the remaining dough. Cover each time with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

To prepare the filling, beat the remaining egg with an electric beater and put it with chocolate, milk and cream in a small saucepan over low heat with constant stirring with a wooden spoon until the chocolate melts and the mixture becomes smooth.

Remove the pot from the heat and let the chocolate mixture cool down.

Place a sheet of butter in a tart tray, then remove the dough circles from the refrigerator and spread the large circle on a tray sprinkled with little flour, leaving 5 cm space on the edges.

Spread the chocolate mixture on the dough, then form lines lengthwise and crosswise from the remaining dough and put them on the face of the dough to get squares as in the picture.

11- Put the tray in the oven and bake the tart for 30 minutes, until the surface becomes golden.
