Counting the humiliating defeat of the German national team ... What is the fate of Coach Loew?
The German national team decided the fate of its coach, Joachim Loew, after the humiliating defeat of his Spanish counterpart by a clean sixth, at the end of the group stage in the European Football League on Tuesday, according to the agency "Sputnik".
The director of the German national football team, Oliver Bierhoff, confirmed that "the Manshaft coach Joachim Loew is not threatening to lose his position despite the loss to Spain."
He also said: “This match will not change anything. We still trust Joachim Low, no doubt about that. ”
Germany suffered the worst defeat in an official match after a wonderful show from the "Matador", while Loew was shocked and could not justify the collapse of his team and the loss of the opportunity to qualify for the Nations League semi-finals, and the German team clearly suffered this year, winning three times in eight matches, but Bierhoff said Loew will continue in office until at least next year's European Championship.
The European Championship is scheduled to be held in the middle of this year, but the tournament was postponed to 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and Germany needed a draw only to qualify for the Nations League semi-finals, but the defeat gave Spain the top of the group and qualifying.
The Spanish national team won six unanswered goals against its German counterpart during the match that brought them together in the sixth (last) round of group four matches in the first division of the European Nations League.
