Dior launches new bags in collaboration with Mystery Ranch that combine outdoor culture with luxury requirements
Kim Jones, with his Dior Men's Summer 2023 collection, pays homage to Monsieur Dior's passion for nature, and joins forces for the first time, with Mystery Ranch, combining outdoor culture with the requirements of luxury.
This creative exchange revealed hybrid bags, inspired by the designer's passion for gardening. From here, Dior's most famous design was reinvented, the Saddle Bag in a version designed for outdoor use, as it features a nylon jacquard shoulder strap, a top bar is stitched to secure various accessories, and an aluminum buckle bearing the CD logo as a finishing touch.
As for the Gallagator bag, the result of the collaboration between Dior and Mystery Ranch, dedicated to urban exploration, it reflects the spirit of endless innovation, thanks to the three-zip closure system in the form of Y - the signature of the American brand - that provides instant access to its many internal pockets. These desirable multi-functional pieces are also enhanced with a padded layer for optimal comfort in all conditions and are made of durable and weather-resistant fully recycled CORDURA® ™ RE/COR 6.6 nylon, subtly embroidered with a leather double-stitched logo.
