Japan.. A snow storm paralyzes the country
Japan has witnessed very strong snow storms, which have claimed the lives of at least 5 people so far, as temperatures have dropped to minus 12 degrees Celsius in some parts of the country.
The snow storm also severely affected the movement of trains and roads, and covered many roads with snow, and thousands of people were forced to spend the night in train compartments or at stations in the western provinces of Kyoto and Shiga, while motorists were stranded on some main roads.
