With 99.5% of the votes counted, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva won 50.90%, while Bolsonaro got 49.10%.  Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva will rule for a third term of 4 years, knowing that he presided over the country between 2003 and 2011.
