HBO announces the start of filming for the second season of Perry Mason
HBO has announced the start of production for the second season of the Perry Mason series, with the first episodes scheduled to start showing in February next year 2023, about 3 years after the first season premiered on June 21, 2020, according to the report published on website "tvseriesfinale".
Set in the year 1932, Perry Mason will focus on the origin story of famed defense attorney Perry Mason, based on characters from the novels of Earl Stanley Gardner, direct choice to verify that he is a low-rent private investigator, Mason is haunted by his wartime experiences in France and suffers the aftermath of the war. Broken Marriage, L.A. thrives while the rest of the country struggles through the Great Depression, but a wrongful kidnapping leads Mason to expose a broken city as he exposes the truth of the crime.
