Dozens suffer cardiac arrest during Halloween celebrations in South Korea
Dozens of people during the "Halloween" celebrations in the capital, Seoul, South Korea, suffered a heart attack, according to what was announced by the civil defense in the country.
According to agencies, it appears that the victims were subjected to a stampede among the large crowds participating, as about 50 people suffered a heart attack in Itaewon.
South Korea's presidential office said President Yoon Seok-yeol called on hospitals to prepare to receive the injured.
