The Kremlin: Russian President Vladimir Putin has agreed to hold negotiations with his Ukrainian counterpart Vladimir Zelensky in Warsaw The Kremlin confirmed that Vladimir Putin, the Russian President, agreed to hold negotiations with his Ukrainian counterpart, and the Kremlin said that Ukraine proposed instead to hold talks in Warsaw and then cut off contact, according to "Al Ain News". The Kremlin said that the nationalists in Ukraine deployed missile systems and this is dangerous, and Ukraine suggested that talks with Russia take place in Warsaw instead of Minsk. This comes at a time when the Russian army continues its operations in Ukraine for the second day, and Russian President Vladimir Putin called on the Ukrainian army to seize power, saying: It will be easy to agree if the power is in the hands of the Ukrainian army. During his meeting with the Russian National Security Council, the Russian president added: "We appreciate what the Russian army forces are doing... I call on the Ukrainian armed forces not to use civilians as human shields." The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry confirmed that the absence of a strong response to Russia will lead to an escalation of the threat in Europe, adding: "The security future of Europe is determined in Ukraine." The Ukrainian President, Vladimir Zelensky, accused Europe of not responding adequately to the Russian attack, and of slowing down in sending aid to his country, while calling on Europeans to demonstrate to force their governments to act against the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
