Diane Kruger: Germany is still my home
Actress Diane Kruger, 45, is still emotionally attached to Germany despite spending many years abroad.
The famous Hollywood star said in a press statement: "For me, Germany remains my homeland," stressing that her roots are in Germany, and she said, "Of course I also want my daughter to grow up on these roots."
Krueger said she speaks with her daughter in German, adding that the Christmas season particularly connects her with Germany and her childhood.
It is reported that Krueger was raised in Algermisen, in the German state of Lower Saxony. She later worked as a model in France, and currently lives in New York.
