Phil Valentine, an American broadcaster who mocked the Corona vaccine, fell victim to the virus The family of an American broadcaster issued a statement urging his listeners to pray for him a speedy recovery from infection with the Corona virus, after he had previously shown his opposition to the anti-virus vaccine, and mocked the workers in the vaccination campaigns.

In a statement posted on social media, the family of Phil Valentine, a WTN radio presenter in Tennessee, described his health condition as "extremely serious", and said, "Please continue to pray for him, and please make sure he is vaccinated."

The 61-year-old broadcaster had downplayed the importance of the need to get the vaccine through his direct programs, and broadcast a song called "Taxman" or the tax officer, after it was modified to "Faxman" in reference to vaccination workers, in an attempt to describe the desire of some to evade vaccination.

And last December, the announcer wrote on the communication sites that “the vaccine is not for everyone,” and added: “If I refuse to vaccinate, I will not harm anyone except those who made the same decision as I, and these are few, if I was infected with the virus in the first place.”

The announcer added that he does not oppose people choosing to get the vaccine, but he expresses his opinion about his personal health, considering that the chances of him getting infected are “very low.”

Valentine's family said that he suffers from severe pneumonia with the side effects associated with the "Covid-19" virus, and he is still in the intensive care unit, but without the need to use a respirator.
