Emirates hotels record occupancy during Eid
Media reported that hotel establishments operating in the UAE are registering record occupancy rates, as permitted by the tourist departments, during the Eid Al Fitr holiday. Pointing out that occupancy rates may reach 80%.
Hotel managers and officials expected that domestic tourism would contribute to a large share of the hotel sector occupations in Dubai during the Eid Al Fitr holiday.
They pointed out that hotels and beach resorts attract visitors as well as hotels, which are located in vital areas such as "Downtown Dubai." And also on Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Barsha area.
The hotel sector in the country prepared for the Eid al-Fitr holiday by offering a range of attractive offers, including discounts on room and restaurant rates. Up to 30% in addition to value-added offers, aimed at attracting local families.
