German radio ndr: a bad history of the ship Ever Given stranded in the Suez Canal .. it caused the suspension of navigation in the German port of Hamburg in 2019 .. and demands to prevent it from anchoring in European ports because of its technical problems in driving and navigation

It seems that the captain of the ship "EverGiven" owned by "Shoei Kisen Kaisha" has become accustomed to his mistakes in driving. His ship's misdemeanor in the Suez Canal is not the first time. In February 2019, "Ever Given" collided with a small ferry and caused severe damage in Blankenese German, which caused the suspension of international shipping traffic in the port of Hamburg, which is the largest port in Germany and the third largest port in Europe and ranks 18th in the list of the largest container ports in the world.

The repeated failure of the same ship to control its course in bad weather, which is the basis of the "force majeure", led by the same captain, calls for an investigation into his error and the safety of the navigation devices of that giant ship, after it disrupted the Suez Canal, in the same way that it disrupted the German port of Hamburg in 2019 , Which led to a trade disaster on the European continent.

The German radio network "ndr" says that there are European discussions at the level of the European Union, demanding that the ship "EverGiven" be prevented from receiving the ship "EverGiven" in any port in Europe due to its recurring technical problems, and the failure of its captain to control it as a navigator, in addition to its frequent technical problems that cause navigational disasters. Affects international navigation.

The "Evergiven", a container ship with a length of about 400 meters and operated by the Taiwanese shipping company "Evergreen", has drifted since last Tuesday in the Suez Canal, which is the lifeblood of global trade.

The Evergiven is one of the largest container ships in the gold class, with a weight of 219079 tons and a speed of 22.8 knots, and was built in 2019.

For its part, the International Maritime Organization praised the Egyptian authorities ’handling of the" Evergivine "ship stranding accident since last Tuesday. The Secretary-General of the United Nations, Kitak Lim, said:" It is stronger on the hands of the Egyptian authorities, as well as rescue workers, locomotives, bulldozers and all other parties, who "They work tirelessly to re-float the ship safely and resume transit as soon as possible, through the busiest maritime trade transit route in the world ... I appreciate the efforts of everyone who participates in this matter."

He stressed in a statement distributed by the United Nations Media Center in Cairo: “I am aware of the consequences of the temporary closure of the canal, and I call on stakeholders across the supply chain to be patient; while everyone works to ensure that the ship, its crew, cargo and environment remain protected.
