A word that causes Twitter user accounts to be banned for writing the word Memphis
Twitter succeeded in fixing a strange malfunction that its users faced, as they were banned for typing a specific word in their tweets.
Yesterday, Sunday, some Twitter users suffered from being banned for 12 hours, simply for writing the word "Memphis" in their tweets. The site informed them that they had violated the rules.
And succeeded "Twitter", today, Monday, to solve the strange problem, and returned the banned accounts.
The official account of the technical support of the site tweeted: “A number of accounts that tweet the word“ Memphis ”have been restricted temporarily, due to an error that has been fixed and the accounts have been restored now. We are sorry that this happened.
And before the issue was resolved, some users laughed at each other's bets that if they only tweet with the letter "M" their accounts will be banned.
