Yesterday, the first batch of "Pfizer" vaccines, including nearly 28,500 doses, arrived in Lebanon from Belgium. The second batch will arrive next week.


The Lebanese Minister of Health, Hamad Hassan, emphasized that "the vaccine is an effective and decisive weapon in fighting the epidemic." He called on the Lebanese to "go to register on the electronic platform of the national vaccination campaign, and to emphasize prevention and procedures."


For his part, the head of the caretaker government, Hassan Diab, said in a statement from Beirut Governmental Hospital. In compliance with the National Committee for Vaccination Program and schedule, he will not take Corona vaccine today. Because the priority is the health sector, which has carried out its duties and made great sacrifices.
