These developments, Apple is working to find a solution to this problem, and it will be "the next update to iOS 14.5 that will allow users who wear the mask to open iPhones using Apple's smart watch," according to the network, "CNN".
She added, "Although this will make it easier for those who own the Apple smart watch to open their devices in this way, those who do not have the watch will still suffer from the same problem."
She explained that "the new update from Apple requires that the smart watch be close to the phone when you want to open it, as the phone will be opened immediately by identifying the owner because of his Apple Watch in the same place."
This feature is already available in regular computers produced by Apple, and its use has become more urgent with the spread of the Corona virus, which imposed on millions of people in the world to wear the muzzle for long hours.
Apple is currently testing the iOS 14.5 version among the developers, who have discovered the possibility of using the new feature, to make it easier for users to unlock their phones.
Apple confirmed that, for security reasons, the update will only work to unlock the phone, while users will still need to type a passcode to conduct financial transactions through Apple Pay, the App Store, or iTunes if the muzzle is worn.
