Trump will return to the presidency
US President Donald Trump has pledged to “come back one way or the other” as he leaves Washington, DC, before the inauguration of his successor, Joe Biden.
Trump stressed in a speech he delivered at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland, 24 km from central Washington. Before leaving for his home in Florida, however, that his administration was not normal and was able during its four years of rule to achieve many goals.
Trump said that 75 million Americans voted for him in the last presidential elections, describing this as an honorable and historic matter.
He continued that he wished the Biden administration good luck and great success, and addressed his supporters by saying, "I will always fight for you." He continued: "We will return one way or another."
