The Prime Minister of Scotland, Nicolas Sturgeon, refuses to welcome Trump to play golf due to Corona
The Prime Minister of Scotland, Nicolas Sturgeon, announced today, Tuesday, that her country has no intention of receiving the outgoing US President, Donald Trump, to play golf, due to the restrictions imposed by Corona in her country.
Sturgeon said it had no idea about Trump's travel plans, stressing that the country's lockdown rules that prevent entry to most visitors also apply to him.
She added, "We do not allow entry into Scotland without a primary goal at the moment, and this applies to Trump just as it applies to anyone else."
The Sunday Post reported that Trump is planning to visit Scotland on a military plane.
"This news is not accurate. President Trump is not planning to travel to Scotland," White House Press Secretary Kylie McNani told The Hill.
