Pilot Rushdi Zakaria, president of the Holding Company for EgyptAir, said that in order to stimulate tourism, there will be an initiative "spend your winter in Egypt", which will include discounts on flights to Taba, Al-Gharda, Sharm El-Sheikh, Luxor and Aswan from January 15 to the end of February, and will have reduced prices, almost Up to 50%, including taxes.

For her part, Ghada Shalaby, Deputy Minister of Tourism, said that the hotels in the initiative were divided into 3 categories, and the prices start from 300 pounds, and not more than 750 pounds, including meals, with the application of precautionary measures, and the initiative includes hotels that have a health certificate, and also there An initiative of the ministry regarding tourism facilities, with discounts exceeding 50%.
And she continued, "We do an almost daily review with hotels, to know the occupancy rates, and this percentage has been recommended, to ensure that the restaurants are separated, and that restaurants are not crowded with people, and the initiative ends at the end of February, in solidarity with the hotels and the Holding Company for Aviation."
