British royal court officials say they expect a London judge to rule in favor of former Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, Prince Harry's wife.
They added that the matter may not require a trial, in a case that affects its privacy, which was published by an international newspaper.
In the details, Megan is suing the Associated Foundation after her newspaper, Mail on Sunday, published clips of a handwritten letter sent to her father, Thomas Markle, in August 2018.
Megan considers publishing the letter an abuse of private information and a violation of her right, and she is demanding significant compensation.
The newspaper is trying to defend what happened that the former duchess was ready to publicly disclose any information affecting her personal life if this might serve her interest.
The newspaper added that the publication of parts of the speech was in response to interviews conducted by a friend of hers with the famous American newspaper, "People".
Lawyers for the royal family have argued that the newspaper's defense was unjustified and insufficient to make them violate Megan's privacy.
It is worth noting that the trial was postponed to a later time and was not disclosed.
