According to the American "ABC News", the FBI has received information in recent days about a group calling for "storming" of state, local and federal courts and administrative buildings in the event that outgoing President Donald Trump is removed from office before inauguration day.

The group also plans to "storm" government offices in each state on the day that President-elect Joe Biden is inaugurated, regardless of whether the states pass the electoral votes for Biden or Trump.

"The FBI received information about a specific armed group intending to travel to Washington, DC, on January 16," the bulletin said. "They have warned that if Congress tries to impeach Trump through the 25th Amendment, there will be a massive uprising."

Federal law enforcement officials have advised police agencies to increase their security posture in government homes across the country in the wake of riots in the U.S. Capitol Building.

In the wake of the violent pro-Trump violation of the US Capitol building last Wednesday, Democratic lawmakers in the House of Representatives pushed on Monday with a bid to get Vice President Mike Pence and the Cabinet to demand the 25th amendment, which would declare Trump unable to fulfill his duties. Presidential duties and inaugurating Pence as acting president until Biden is inaugurated on January 20.

The effort was eventually blocked by Republican Representative Alex Mooney of West Virginia, then House Democrats filed a petition to impeach Trump on charges of "inciting rebellion."

The measure, which has more than 200 participating Democratic sponsors, states that Trump "has demonstrated that he will continue to be a threat to national security, democracy and the constitution if he is allowed to remain in office and act in a manner that is blatantly inconsistent with autonomy. And the rule of law."

According to the FBI, approximately 29 individuals and / or social media accounts of individuals who entered the Capitol illegally had been identified as of Sunday.

The FBI has received nearly 45,000 digital media advice that is now under review.

At least five people were killed during the siege of the Capitol, including Capitol Police Officer Brian Seknick. The FBI bulletin said that Siknik "died of wounds sustained during the breach of the US Capitol."

"The FBI has a long memory and wide scope. Even if you leave the capital, our local office agents will knock on your door," said an FBI official about the investigation following the Capitol siege.

He added, "Since our call for notes, videos and photos, we have received more than 100,000 pieces of digital media ... We are searching every one for investigative and intelligence leads."
