Derek Evans arrested a Republican lawmaker who participated in the congressional storming
Derek Evans, a recently elected Republican in the West Virginia House of Representatives, has been arrested by US authorities on charges related to rioting during the congressional storming on Wednesday.
A video clip published by a NBC reporter monitored the moment the Republican legislator was arrested and taken to an FBI vehicle.
Evans posted a video while participating in the storming of the US Congress in Washington two days ago.
During the later deleted clip, the Republican Representative was heard saying, "We are inside ... Derek Evans inside the Capitol!"
On Wednesday, Trump supporters stormed the US Congress building in Washington, where they managed to enter the main hall that witnessed the confirmation session that Democratic candidate Joe Biden won in the recent presidential elections.

He’s charged after allegedly entering a restricted area of the US Capitol with rioters Wednesday.
