The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights revealed new details about the Israeli bombing of Deir Ezzor Governorate, at dawn today, Wednesday, which affected sites, outposts, and ammunition depots and weapons for the Syrian army, the Lebanese Hezbollah, Iranian forces and militias loyal to it, headed by the "Fatemiyoun" Brigade.


According to the Observatory, Israel targeted, with more than 10 strikes, the warehouses of Ayyash, Camp Al-Saiqa and other locations on the outskirts of Deir Ezzor city, as well as targeting sites and warehouses of ammunition and weapons in the Albu Kamal desert, and with two strikes, centers, sites and warehouses in the desert of Al-Mayadin, it is mentioned that each of the strikes is loaded With more than one missile.


As a result of this Israeli bombing, 23 people were killed, including 7 soldiers from the Syrian army and the rest of the pro-Iranian militias. 14 of the dead were killed in Deir Ezzor, while the rest 9 were killed in Albu Kamal and Al-Mayadeen.


There are more than 28 wounded, some of them in serious conditions, in addition to information about the dead.


The bombing also caused the destruction of military sites and warehouses of ammunition, weapons and vehicles, and very violent explosions occurred during and after the bombing as a result of the explosion of ammunition in the warehouses.


This is the second bombing of its kind in 2021, as the Syrian Observatory monitored on the sixth of this month, Israeli shelling at the administrative borders with Daraa Governorate.
