This is because too much caffeine in the bloodstream can stimulate the adrenal glands to release more stress hormones, norepinephrine, adrenaline, and cortisol.

Iron deficiency anemia
It can interfere with the absorption of iron from foods and can lead to iron deficiency anemia, a blood condition characterized by insufficient red blood cells or red blood cells.

This is why health experts strongly discourage consuming green tea right after a meal. If you have iron deficiency anemia, you may experience fatigue, dizziness, paleness of the skin, cold hands and feet, chest pain, shortness of breath, and a fast heart rate.
