Yediot Aharonot confirms Israel's priority in obtaining the "Moderna" vaccine to treat Corona
The Israeli newspaper "Yediot Aharonot" reported today, Tuesday, that Professor Tal Sachs, chief scientist at the American biotechnology company Moderna, confirmed that Israel will be one of the first countries in the world to receive the emerging vaccine against the new Corona virus "Covid 19". He added that the reason for this is that it was one of the first countries to sign a contract with the company to buy anti-virus vaccines.

Sachs said, "I cannot give an exact figure for the number of vaccines that will be given to Israel, but it is at the top of the list that will be available to it, indicating that the expectations are that supplies to Israel will come from the first line that will arrive through Europe, stressing that this will happen at the beginning of 2021."
A company confirmed that its experimental vaccine against the Corona virus showed its effectiveness by 94.5%, following a similar announcement by Pfizer and Piontech last week, and the company intends to produce 20 million doses of the vaccine by the end of next December.
