Scientists were able to create this visualization via a 3D model that combines the latest data on the structure of the Corona virus. Scientists have indicated that they hope that this model will help develop treatments for Corona.

In a video clip, the scientists showed their model, which includes protein mutations, on its outer surface. In addition to the genetic material inside the viral membrane.

In detail, scientists have revealed the latest illustration of a Corona virus ever conducted. With mapping of its external appearance and internal structure.

According to the "Daily Mail", the creation of the visualization came through a three-dimensional model that combines the latest data on the structure of the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes the "Covid-19" pandemic.

Experts at the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Saudi Arabia created the amazing model. They hope it will help create treatments for "Covid-19".

In a video, the academics show their model of protein mutations on its surface. In addition to the genetic material inside the viral membrane.

“Our 3D model demonstrates the current evolving structure of SARS-CoV-2 at the atomic level,” said KAUST research scientist Undererg Strnad. It reveals details of the virus that were previously impossible to see, such as how we think the nuclear proteins form a rope-like structure inside them. The approach we used to develop the model could direct biological research into promising new directions to combat the spread of "Covid-19". It can help scientists integrate newly discovered information into the model quickly.

To create the model, the researchers took high-resolution images of the viral surface from scanning electron microscopes.

These shapes reveal the specific appearance of the viral surface, and protruding proteins and receptors appear from its surface. It includes the viral prickly protein that binds to the ACE2 receptors of some human cells. This sudden protrusion deceives the receptor into opening a path to the cell, allowing the Coronavirus to bypass defenses and infect the person.

This bump has been the primary target of much vaccine and treatment research, specifically the so-called receptor binding domain (RBD). The model then added data from various other sources to fill in the gaps in knowledge surrounding the endogenous coronavirus.

This includes information on the individual RNA of SARS-CoV-2, and the nucleocapsid proteins that protect it. This was combined with information about how all aspects of the virus reside within the organism, and interact with each other.

The end result is the most accurate look ever for SARS-CoV-2.

Nan Nuen, Ph.D., computer science specialist at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, said: Our model shows the complete viral infrastructure as we know it so far, not just some incomplete spiky proteins randomly placed on a lipid membrane.

She added: The other available models also do not show the interior of the virus, as its details are currently unknown, and the Scripps Research Institute, the United States, provided us with the most likely hypothesis of the interior of the structure, based on current data. If this hypothesis proves to be false, we can easily update the model.
