Ingredients for preparing Nutella crepe:
4 eggs
1⁄2 cup of sugar
2 cups flour
1 12 cups milk
1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons of vanilla
Sprinkle salt
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
Steps to prepare Nutella crepe:
1- Beat eggs, vanilla and orange peel in an electric mixer.
2- Add the sugar, milk, oil, flour and salt while mixing continuously.
3- Grease the pan with oil, then pour a quarter of a cup into the center of the pan, then rotate the mixture with the back of a ladle until it covers the pan and leave until bubbles appear.
4- Spread each crepe with Nutella and serve.
