Italian artist Giovanni Contardi, who specializes in Rubik's Cubes, confirmed that he created a mosaic of 6000 pieces in less than a day. It only took 16 hours. He added that the hardest part for him was focusing all that time on the job. And he endured the pain in his leg as a result of the emphasis in making the mosaic.
Contardi added that the artwork consists of 6,111 pieces of the colorful puzzle. And he was trying to make the largest rubik mosaic in the world within 24 hours.
