Jennifer Lawrence gives birth to her first child International star Jennifer Lawrence has given birth to her first child with her husband, art dealer Cook Maroney, according to the American website TMZ. The magazine confirmed that the star gave birth to her first child in Los Angeles Conti, but until now she has not been able to know the date of birth or the type of child.

Last summer, the star denied "rumors of her pregnancy", as she considered, but she returned and confirmed that she was expecting her first child in September of 2021 through a statement to the press.

The 31-year-old married Maroney, 37, in October 2019 at the luxurious Belcourt Mansion in Rhode Island. With 150 guests in attendance, including the world's biggest stars including Amy Schumer, Emma Stone, Adele and Kris Jenner.

Lawrence and her husband, director of Gladstone 64, an art gallery in Manhattan, kept their relationship largely away from the public eye, before marriage, and even after marriage, she seeks to keep her private life away from the press, but while speaking in an interview in June 2019, she described Lawrence husband Maroney as the greatest person she has ever met. When asked why she chose to marry Maroney, Lawrence continued, "I don't know, I started thinking about the basics: How do I feel? Is he nice? Is he kind? Then I found him with all these qualities. So I feel proud to be his wife."

Jennifer Lawrence and motherhood

A dream about motherhood and childbearing wasn't in Lawrence's plans, and that's what she confirmed in 2017, when she was promoting her movie E Mother! When she was asked if she felt motherhood, her answer was no, saying: "No, not at all, in fact this feeling is diminishing something. Little by little as I got older, that started to worry me."
