Through the government's plan to develop it at a cost of more than 21 billion pounds and will be completed in less than two years. In particular, there is a great emphasis on increasing exports and improving the quality of production, by importing the latest machinery from Italy and Switzerland.

It will be built on an area of about 62.5 thousand square meters, and will accommodate more than 182 thousand yarn. With an average production capacity of 30 tons of yarn / day. Which means the consumption of about 300 thousand quintals of long cotton annually. This raises the added value of cotton instead of exporting it raw abroad. It is expected that the construction works will be completed before the end of 2021. ”
Sources in the public business sector added, “The workers are being trained on the modern machines that will be installed in the factory and in the factories that will be developed in the coming period in Cairo, Kafr El Dawar and the Delta regions.
