BMW withdraws its cars from Russia due to the engine
The official representative of BMW revealed in Russia that it had recalled 2,193 cars, and they were sold in Russia between November 2004 and December 2021.
The company also stated that the move included those BMW 3 Series, Coupé and Cabrio cars.
The reason for withdrawing these cars is due to the possible deterioration over time of the car's technical condition, specifically the wires of the engine coolant fan plug, and thus this leads to overheating and damage to the engine.
In very rare cases, this outbreak could lead to a fire in the car even if the engine is not working.
The company also confirmed that all cars that were towed will be examined to avoid these faults and completely eliminate them.
On the other hand, the German auto giant BMW has unveiled the new version of the M5 SC 2021.
And confirmed in a statement that a car operates with a twin-turbo engine, but its capacity is 4.4 liters, and it has 8 valves, but the engine's power reaches 626 horsepower, but its torque is 553 pounds per cubic foot.
It also features 154 lbs lighter than the current version, but intends to add the same category to the M2, M3 and M4 models.
