President of EgyptAir: 2 flights daily and 4 flights a week from Burj Al Arab
Rushdi Zakaria, Chairman of the Holding Company for EgyptAir, confirmed the operation of an airline from Cairo Airport to Doha, as of January 18, after obtaining the approvals and permits.
Zakaria added, in a telephone interview in the "Cairo Talk" program with the media Khairy Ramadan and Karima Awad, on the "Cairo and the People" channel, "Two trips are planned per day, one in the morning and one in the evening, but at the beginning it will be one trip per day."
He continued: "The increase in flights from Egypt to Qatar is related to the number of flights after the resumption of movement, pointing out that they will launch four flights a week from Burj Al Arab airport to Doha."
Rushdi Zakaria, Chairman of the Holding Company for EgyptAir, explained that the flights that will come from Doha will be determined by the Qatari authorities, indicating that private aviation will run alongside commercial aviation with Qatar and this is permitted as long as the airspace is open between the two countries.
