The newspaper said that a number of people collected weapons and other equipment in a parking lot near the Capitol Building in Austin, noting that these people were wearing camouflage jackets and cowboy hats.
According to the newspaper, men were seen wearing khaki pants and black shirts, carrying pistols, cartridges, portable radios and handcuffs.
This gathering coincides with the preparation of law enforcement forces in the state for a demonstration, which was scheduled to start at noon according to local time.
The US police arrested a man who tried to reach the Capitol building in Washington, where he was carrying a pistol and more than 500 rounds, according to the American network, "CNN".
The network said, citing its sources, that police arrested a man from Virginia, while he was trying to cross a checkpoint in central Washington, DC, using forged papers.
